CRIP.TO Black is a custom built external hardware device that easily connects to CRIP.TO Shield Android app and adds an extra level of security to your communications as well as storing, managing, and executing transactions with your crypto currencies.
When connecting Black to your smartphone, all data communications through the Shield app will be encrypted by the external unit, dramatically increasing the level of your data encryption. Black gives its users the utmost in security via direct, self-contained, end-to-end encryption.
CRIP.TO Black is a handy, portable, pocket-sized device that connects to your smartphone via USB cable connection or wireless Bluetooth link, which lets you use CRIP.TO services seamlessly everywhere.
CRIP.TO Black includes 3 micro-USB ports for:

- A battery charger (using a phone standard 5V USB charger) for the external memory.

- A USB stick that can be used for sending sensitive files and documents fully encrypted.

- USB connectivity to the smartphone via a standard USB cable.


CRIP.TO Black contains a custom built encryption chip (FPGA) running a suite of high-quality algorithms which implement the safest internationally recognized encryption architecture.
Black uses a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) which ensures the highest quality of encryption keys and thus ensures the highest level of security for its users.
By not using a branded, commercially available encryption chip, CRIP.TO can ensure back-door free operations.

CRIP.TO Black includes a USB connector for an external USB memory stick which enables users to encrypt and send sensitive documents directly from one USB memory stick to the receiver’s USB memory stick, resulting in a fullly end-to-end encrypted transfer mechanism between two USB memory sticks.
